Why does my account say unauthorized access?
When I signed up for BrightSpace, it welcomed me and then went immediately to an unauthorized access page. Does anyone know how to get this issue fixed? Thank you Jen

Thank you for your question to our Community. The page that you are attempting to access is restricted to users who are Approved Support Contacts (ASC) for their institutions. This role is not applicable to you as a Learner which is why you would not be able to access the page in the screenshot you shared.
With that said, I am curious to know if you are able to access other parts of Community that should be open and available to you? Are you able to navigate to pages such as our Discussions and Resources (found on the nav bar), or perhaps one that you are searching for specifically? If not, please let me know and I'd be happy to assist you further.
