Enforcing spaced practice with timed release conditions
I'd like to create release conditions that make it impossible to consume an entire 15 week course in a matter of a few days. Some students will postpone access to content and then consume an entire course in the final 72 hours of the semester. On the one hand, students want an asynchronous course with maximum flexibility for their schedules (meaning they don't want deadlines across the semester) and I want spaced practice for them. Is there any way to add a release condition that enforces, for example, access to an exam is restricted until two weeks have passed since an attempt on a previous exam? It doesn't ensure that they will actually be studying between exams, but it would prevent the 3-day course content binge.

Hi there!
This sounds like a really great idea that should be submitted as a PIE. At this time the only kind of time-based condition that can be added to a course/content is via Manage Dates under Availabbility Date & Conditions on each content page. This would not prevent learners from binging the whole course in a few days though. You could consider using this condition on your content and also include a Release condition that a Quiz Attempt (chose the Quiz from the previous module) must have been attempted before releasing the content.
