Missing enrollment users
Hi all,
I manually enroll a user to a course offering and I am sure it is done as I can see it from the user's enrolment log (Admin > Users > Enrolment Log) and user can see a new Course tile on the homepage.
However, if I go to Course Admin > Classlist > Search and I cannot find that user in the list. Can you help me to understand what's the possible reason?
Thanks.

Hello @Colt.K.2845,
Thank you for contacting the Brightspace Community with your question.
Based on the situation you described, it seems that the role you used to enroll the user may be missing a setting that allows visibility in the Classlist. Please review the following path and image for guidance:
Admin Tools > Roles and Permissions > Your Role > Edit Settings
For more detailed guidance, please refer to the following article from the Brightspace Community
I hope this information is helpful.

Thanks @Pilar.M.32 . Do you know if there is a way for admin to view the complete classlist or enrollment information of the class?

Hello @Colt.K.2845
You can view the enrolled users using the Classlist. Alternatively, if your concern is regarding the "Display users enrolled as this role in classlist" may or may not be enabled for the role and the users are not seen in the classlist, you may also use the datasets and filter using the OrgUnit ID to review the enrolled users in the orgunit.
Advanced Data Sets
The course offering enrollments data set returns the course offerings within which a user is enrolled including both explicit and implicit enrollments.
Advanced Data Sets
