'New Content is now available' message

Question

Hello everyone. I've been working on a training course and had some of my colleagues do it internally to provide comments. feedback shows we keep getting a pop up when release conditions are met to display the quizzes at the end of each module. People are finding it annoying that it appears all the time – I have included a screenshot below. If you could find out if there is any way to stop the message from appearing, that would be great. When I click on this one in particular, it circles back to the quiz but others have reported the link goes round in circles and it’s difficult to get back to the same page.

Based on what you’re describing, I think it would be a good idea to have a support agent take a closer look at things.

If you are the ASC/ Admin for your Organization, please refer to our documentation for how to log a Support case OR request, and a member of our Support team will be happy to assist you.

Hi Camila,

Thank you for the response. Can you clarify please where the link is in the pop-up is supposed to be taking the learner? We seem to have different experiences amongst out trial users.

Unfortunately, Brightspace does not currently offer a built-in setting to disable these pop-up notifications when release conditions are met. These messages are part of the system's user guidance mechanism and are automatically triggered.
