We just started having a problem with accessing our URL to get to our login page for D2L

The URL is: https://mccormick.brightspace.com

We have tried two different browsers and cleared history and cache, and tried using three different networks. Still have the issue. It takes a while and once in a while we get to the login screen but more than not it finally errors out. We've made no changes on our end or to anything, and the manual login URL works fine.

    Hello @Barbara.F.829,

    I've followed the URL to https://mccormick.brightspace.com and I am presented with a login page which appears to be some form of SSO (ie. SAML).

    Having said that, if this page was in fact erroring out as your attachment seems to suggest, this would be an issue with the host site, external to D2L or Brightspace.

    If you are continuing to have issues, I would recommend one of your Brightspace Administrators or Approved Support Contacts engage the D2L Helpdesk (helpdesk@d2l.com), being sure to include whomever administrates the SSO / ADFS process for your institution (your IT department perhaps).
