Why do some of the questions in my quizzes disappear?
I have set up a number of quizzes and when I go back to look at them I have noticed that some of the questions have disappeared. What could be causing this?

Hello @Robyn.B.217, welcome to Brightspace Community! There could be several factors why your quiz questions might have disappeared, such as accidental deletion, issues with Question library, or sometimes with quiz import processes.
You could verify first that all questions are correctly stored in the Question Library and that any changes made to the quiz are intentional. I hope this article would be helpful: in organizing your quiz question library
