Depending on what information you need to save into the Word .doc, you have several options dependant on your Brightspace role/permissions.
If your institution uses the Respondus assessment tool or similar, these allow you to connect to your Brightspace course, download the quiz and save it to a MS Word file, or print a paper copy.
