Can you explain more about question banks?
Hello
I don't think I'm setting up surveys correctly.
I'd like to save all questions I've set up in a question bank so that if I amend any question in the future it will update all the quizzes where the question is found.
Is there an option to save new questions to an question bank? If so, how do I do this?
Also, if a question in a quiz has not already been saved in an item back, can I access it in a quiz and save it to an item bank? If so, how do I do this?
Hope you can help.
Many thanks
Debbie

Hi Debbie.
What you're looking for is the Question Library. You can either create questions in the Question Library to begin with, or import them into the Question Library if you've already created them in the Survey or Quiz tool (instructions can be found in the links below).
When you edit a question in the Question Library, it then gives you the option to choose if and where it should update in the surveys you've already made.

Hi Debbie,
Hopefully you are having a wonderful day.

- The below articles should help you to Create/Import questions directly into the Question Library
Also, if a question in a quiz has not already been saved in an item back, can I access it in a quiz and save it to an item bank? If so, how do I do this?
- You can achieve this by going to the Question Library, then clicking on Import, then Browse Existing Questions
- In the filters select the source collection (Quiz/Survey) then select the question and Import
I hope this helps
