The pulse app has announcement notifications turned on by default, but the students' email notifications for the same are not turned on by default. Is there a way for an admin to turn these on for all students?

Hi Amy!
There's a Notifications tool in the Admin Tools menu (under User Related) for people with the appropriate permissions where you can set the defaults for these email notifications. Note however that it only applies to new users, not existing ones! For existing students, you could make an announcement providing instructions on updating notification settings. 😊

The admins do not currently have the ability to do this. Users have control over their own notifications.
