Linking to a Public Files folder in a template
Hi everyone, I would like to create two folders in Public Files - one to hold faculty resources and one to hold Getting Started info for students. Then I would like to create a template that can be used to create our courses that includes links to those two folders so that the information populates all the courses. I have…

Retrieval of LOR item results in error "Unable to find an API adapter"
We've uploaded a perfectly functional SCORM item from within a course up to the LOR, but upon retrieval we get an error message that says, "Unable to find an API adapter". It does seem strange since it works in the course that it came from. We've tried this numerous times with different SCORM files, and get the same…

Error message when uploading SCORM package to LOR
When trying to upload a SCORM package to the LOR, I keep getting this error message about no metadata being found. The SCORM package was created using H5P via the Lumi app. I have no issues uploading the SCORM as a course file, but it will not allow me to add it to the LOR. Second question: I am trying to upload the SCORM…

Is there an upload size limit in the LOR?
Hello, We have an instructor who needs to upload materials to the LOR. She's running into an issue with some of the content where an error reading "Error: The thread was being aborted" appears. Could this be due to the file size of the content? Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

How do I know if a file is in the /custom_widgets/news folder in Public Files? I am attempting to upload a photo there that can be added to a WidgetConfig as outlined in the Slim Announcement Widget. I uploaded the file to Manage Files in Campus Administration (which actually says Course Administration when you get to the…

What permission lets Instructors view a retrieved LOR object in the content tool?
I'm starting to think this is a bug... Our instructors can publish to the LOR, view the objects inside the LOR, and retrieve them into their course... But once they try to view the retrieved item in the content tool, they get an error message below: As the admin, I CAN see their content in the content tool. If I switch to…

What are the meanings of the Learning Object Status codes?
I have found several documents with the following text: "Status - All learning objects published to the repository are automatically classified as Unassigned, Approved, Archived, Draft, or In Review." I have found zero documents explaining the effects of those classifications. I can guess about most of them from context,…
