Hi, my previous manager placed a link into a Learning Object Repository, but the information needs to be updated now. Please advise on how to make changes to the information or if we need to add a new updated link (how?).

Please check document provided - Manage learning object to make changes in learning object. As this option "Dynamic Link to Newest Version" is selected as per the screenshot you have provided the link always points to the newest version of the learning object.
Please check and update if there is any further concerns.
