Retrieval of LOR item results in error "Unable to find an API adapter"
We've uploaded a perfectly functional SCORM item from within a course up to the LOR, but upon retrieval we get an error message that says, "Unable to find an API adapter". It does seem strange since it works in the course that it came from. We've tried this numerous times with different SCORM files, and get the same result. Since we are in the process of evaluating a departure from D2L to a different LMS, this might be a potential reason that we will document. Again, the file works as SCORM in the course, but something breaks upon uploading it to the LOR. Can you fix this?
