PowerPoints Unavailable

All of the sudden, instructors and students receive a "not authorized" message when attempting to view PowerPoint files within a course. The files are being distrubuted from the LOR, but there has never been an issue like this before. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? And how to fix this issue? Thank you in advance!

I'll also add that the PPT files appear when viewed through the "docReader."

Hi @Marc.V.406 . Make sure that these roles have the "View Objects in the LOR" permission and trust. This permission lets users of a role see objects that originate from the LOR, so I would recommend giving it to all roles — unlike how it reads, it does not give any role permission to browse the LOR.

Thank you Craig, what if those permissions are already activated at the organization, course template, and course offering levels?
