Help with Postman and API connection

I'm new to working with APIs and have a project here at the college that I need to access the Datasets available in the Brightspace API. I'm trying to follow the "Learn Postman with Paul" course found here. https://community.desire2learn.com/d2l/home/14841 And I'm stuck. My goal is to access the Datasets for All Grades, Final Grades, Content Progress and Learner Usage. To get this data exported to CSV or Excel or even XML so that I can use it for some external analytics linked back to the SIS data. I'd be very grateful if someone would be willing to do a zoom meeting with me to show me how you program/coded this using Postman and set it up as an overnight download process.
