Please share your organization's best practice on how we can allow users to view an expired/closed course—but NOT earn a certificate. Is this handled through an intelligent agent role change with different roles and permissions assigned to that specific role? Such as a 'Read Only' role?

Doc reader for PDFs
Is it possible to track the progress while using the document reader for PDFs? For instance, if a student reads 5 pages out of 120, logs out, and then logs in again the next day, can the PDF open directly to the last viewed page (page 5) instead of starting from the beginning?

We noticed our Brightspace student logins don't correlate with our usage.
For example they are logging in to watch videos from a teacher but its not showing that they have accessed the content. Is there a way to correct this? We are putting it in as content html or weblink.
