Student Progress at an org level?

Question

I have a situation where I want a dean to be able to have access to all students in their school and she wants to be able to access the class progress feature (like the auditor role). However, I don't want to go through the process of assigning every student in the school to her. Is there a feature or a role that would allow someone access to all the students and courses within a particular school? Is this even possible or am I overthinking things?

You could create a role for the Dean that includes limited access to the User Management tool. Through this tool there is a link to view any students 'User Progress'. You may want to limit the access so that they do not create new users or edit existing users. You also need to ensure that they have access to the Class Progress for the Users.
