Alternative description in Insert/Edit Image tool isn't working

Hello; We're trying to add/edit the alternative description for images in our courses using the Insert/Edit Image tool, but after the text is added or edited and we click Save and Update, nothing changes. Either the edited text reverts to what was there before or when we add text, nothing is added. We've tried using the Source Code tool to add alternative descriptions, but that doesn't always work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I hope you're doing well.

    Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate the same behaviour internally. After editing an image description, the changes are retained and function as expected.

    I recommend creating a support case to further investigate the issue. Please contact your Helpdesk to have one initiated.

    Once the case is created, we’ll be able to review your specific configuration, examine user details, and troubleshoot the error to provide you with the most effective solution.
