How can students print multiple slides per page from D2L?

Here is one way:

For Windows (PDF or PowerPoint)

1. Download the file from Brightspace.
2. Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (for PDFs) or PowerPoint.
3. Go to File > Print or press Ctrl + P.
4. In the Print dialog:
   • : •For PDFs: Click Multiple under "Page Sizing & Handling".
   • For PowerPoint: Under "Settings", choose Handouts and select the number of slides per page (e.g., 3, 4, 6).
5. Adjust other settings (orientation, borders, etc.).
6. Click Print.

For Mac (PDF or PowerPoint)

1. Open the downloaded file in Preview (PDF) or PowerPoint.
2. Go to File > Print or press Command + P.
3. In the print dialog:: •For PDFs: Expand Layout options and choose Pages per Sheet.
   • For PowerPoint: Use the Handouts option to select slides per page.
4. Click Print.
