Student unable to see "My Computer" when uploading Assignment Files

A student is unable to see the "My Computer" option when selecting files to upload for any Dropbox assignment folder. The student has attempted this from multiple browsers and from within the Pulse app on multiple devices. Attached is a screenshot of what he is experiencing from within Pulse, but he has stated that his experience is the same no matter which browser/devide he uses. Has anyone else seen this issue happening?

Based on what you’re describing, I think it would be a good idea to have a support agent take a closer look at things.
