Fill in the blank table

Has anyone created fill in the blank tables for a quiz? Is this even possible in D2L?

I want to incorporate higher level application questions in assessment, but am having trouble figuring out the best method that is not confusing but also accessible.

Are you specifically thinking of having a question with a pre-built table within the answer area that learners can fill in, such as the below image?

This is definitely possible, but please note that learners taking the quiz could potentially delete the table while filling it in if they aren't careful. I'd recommend also putting the table in the question text.
