Has anyone else noticed issues with the content page specifically not loading for Mac OS 27.0.1 users?
For Macbook users, utilizing a non-Safari browser works. However, for iPad or iPhone users, this solution does not work (probably because regardless of the browser it is using Apple's WebKit engine).
Are there any workarounds for this? I have read about disabling "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking," but that has not resolved the issue.
This specifically only happens on the Content page and the ribbon for Brightspace still appears, it's just the content screen is blank.
Troubleshooting:
- Device is up to date
- Browser is up to date
- Different browser has been used
- Different device used (only works if it isn't an iPad or iPhone)
- Tried disabling the prevent cross site tracking
- View the page as a desktop website
- Restarting device
- Issue occurs with all classes
- Different wifi networks have been used
