Blackboard to D2L Brightspace Migration: Preserving Historical Student Records

I’m migrating courses from Blackboard to D2L Brightspace. The courses include quizzes, assignments, and historical student records.

What is the best way to transfer and preserve historical quiz attempts and answers, assignment submissions, grades, and instructor feedback when migrating from Blackboard to D2L Brightspace? Can these records be transferred using a course import or migration tool, or should they be exported and archived separately?

Are there any recommended tools, known limitations, or best practices to ensure these records are retained during migration?
