Students unable to see the Rubric feedback in each section

My students can't see the rubric feedback. They can view the plain rubric in the assignment area, but when the rubric is filled out and their grade is published, the only thing they can see in the grades section is the overall grade, overall feedback, and a link to their file submission.

With a lot of putzing around, my students can see the specific feedback in the pulse app, but not in the browser.

How can we ensure that the feedback is viewable in both the app and the browser from the grades page? I teach at two different institutions, one of which shows the "view graded rubric" link, and the one we're having trouble with where that link doesn't show up in either pulse or the browser. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around this one since I can't see your system and various role permissions + configs. The part that's most confusing for me is that your students can see the rubric before submitting the Assignment, but not after you evaluate it (can you verify that's what you meant?)

Would you be able to send an image of a Gradebook preview for one of your students, without any identifying information? I just want to confirm that you yourself are also not seeing a link to view the graded rubric.

To see that, head to the Gradebook and select the drop-down next to student who has been evaluated with their grade published. Choose the Preview option:

I'll keep thinking through this one but we might need you to get a Support case opened up to check some settings.

Sure thing, Stephen! Sorry for the confusion. They can see the rubric in the assignment information (they can open it up, view the general information and categories) before submissions and then before grading. I was mistaken in whether or not they can see the rubric on the assignment page after it has been submitted graded. When I go in as a learner, I cannot see it…and the javascript link for "go to feedback" doesn't work in any browser I use (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox)…you can see that in the first picture. When I go to the gradebook to see the assignments, there is no View Graded Rubric. The information in the pictures is as follows: the first picture is the assignment page in Course Content, the second picture is the assignments page, the third picture is the feedback page, and the last picture is the gradebook. I also looked at the inspector to see if the View Graded Rubric link was hidden by CSS but it is simply not there. I hope this helps, please let me know what you're thinking!

Hi @Sean.F.369, I appreciate all this additional information. And no apologies necessary. I wanted to be sure I knew exactly what you were seeing.

While in this Course Offering, do you see an Edit Course or Course Admin option on the navbar? Perhaps after you select the 'More' button?

If so, can you go into the course admin area and look for the link called Tools?

Scroll down and you should see an entry for Competencies. Is this tool turned OFF by the radio button?

No, the button is on with a blue check mark. I have no control over any of those tools, but they're all marked as on.

I think we're going to need a case open with our Support team, so that they can further check settings in your environment beyond your Course.

Do you have an administrator or main contact you can reach out to so they may open a case? You can even just send them a link to our discussion here so Support can quickly get up-to-speed.
