Start date time announcement differs from current time

Hi,

a question related to announcements. When a new announcement is created in our Brigthspace production environment the start date time differs from the actual time. In our test environment the start date time corresponds with the actual time. I noticed that there's a difference in the Region - ServerTimezone settings. I included some screenshots. I assume that when the instance value in the serverTimezone of our production environment will be set to GMT 0:00 Etc/GMT, the problem will be solved. Am I correct? If so, would you be so kind to make the adjustment to our production environment? Or let me know how I can make the adjustment myself? Thanks in advance.

Could you please confirm the time zone configured in the Account Settings of the user who is creating the announcement?

Additionally, could you please confirm whether this issue affects only the Announcements tool, or whether other tools, such as Assignments, Quizzes, and Discussions, are also affected?
