Importing H5P elements to a new course

I cannot find documentation or instructions on this site or H5P's site for how to import into a new course.
Does this mean the item is made and has to be uploaded from the Insert Stuff>H5P>upload option?
If someone could explain, I'd really appreciate it!

Thank you for clarifying your question. According to the H5P documentation, the ability to share H5P content and access authoring features is controlled by the permissions and role mappings configured between Brightspace and H5P. H5P uses the LTI role passed from Brightspace to determine whether a user receives author permissions or student permissions.

If you still encounter an issue, we recommend working with your Brightspace Administrator to review your H5P and Brightspace role configuration. The following documentation may help:

Thank you for reaching out. H5P content is created and hosted on the H5P platform and then embedded into Brightspace courses via an LTI integration, which is why you won't find a dedicated "import" option in the course settings.

To add H5P content to a new course, the typical workflow is to first create or have your content ready in H5P, then embed it into your course using Insert Stuff > H5P or Authoring Tools > H5P Interactives. If you have existing H5P content you'd like to reuse, you can embed the same item across multiple courses using this method — no separate import step is needed.

I'm actually part of our Brightspace Admin team🤣 However, I'm entirely new, and did not get the deployment training when we first transitioned to Brightspace.

I really appreciate you sending the number of detailed documents, as nothing in the H5P instructions specify sharing from one instructor to another.
