I've been working through the QM online training and one of the recommendations that they offer was to make notes about your students in your LMS regarding their concerns about the class, specific requests or needs, etc. They used Canvas as the example to show how those notes could be made in the class list. I don't see that Brightspace offers an option like that.
Am I missing it or might it be something coming in the future?
Related, it would be amazing to have the ability to make intelligent agents student specific. So, students could choose how frequently they like to receive reminders about assignments, etc.
