I have created an externally linked assignment (VoiceThread). It created several duplicate items in my gradebook. I've unlinked these everywhere I know of. Some of the duplicates successfully unassociated from the gradebook item, but I still have a couple that won't unassociate. I cannot find anywhere to fix this. D2L support is unable to assist. Has anyone else run into this or have a suggestion?
Things I've tried: deleting the assignments, resetting all items to ungraded/zero (this unassociated a few but not all), deleting the VoiceThread on the VoiceThread website, and trying to add it back and associate it differently. All of these have failed in some ways and made it worse in others, but not really helped. Thanks for any advice!
