Questions stuck in "Saving..."

Ive had a few instances where answered questions are stuck in the "Saving…" status and not "Saved". The only way to resolve is to refresh the page. Students are not paying attention and moving on with future questions thus not saving because of the previous question stuck in that status. I have iPads in single app kiosk mode using Safari, when I monitor network infrastructure, I'm not seeing any connection issues.

Given that this involves quiz answers remaining in “Saving…” during active attempts, and the attempts are being completed on managed iPads using Safari in single app kiosk mode, this would be best reviewed through a Support Case.

Refreshing may clear the visible state for that attempt, but Support should review the affected quiz attempts and environment details directly to help determine what is preventing the save action from completing consistently.

When opening the case, please include:

• the affected Brightspace site URL
• the course and quiz name
• examples of affected learners or attempt details
• approximate date/time and timezone for the affected attempts
• iPadOS version
• Safari version
• confirmation that the devices are running in single app kiosk mode
• whether the same behavior occurs outside kiosk mode, if that can be safely tested
• a screenshot or short recording, if available
