I bought a MacBook today specifically for this…turns out I can't download it. I tried using a browser and it keeps saying my login doesn't even exist. not sure what to do now

    The pulse app is designed for iOS devices. You will access Brightspace via your browser on your macbook.

    I would recommend you contact your schools IT support desk for support on logging into Brightspace.
