Surveys tool no longer available in Admin Tools (org-level)?
Previously, one of our staff members was able to access the Surveys tool directly from the main homepage via Admin Tools. From there, they could search across courses (including multiple terms) and pull survey results without needing to enter each course individually.
It now appears that this option is no longer available. Ideally, our staff would like to avoid having to open each course separately to access survey results.
Has the ability to access Surveys from Admin Tools been removed or changed?

Hello @Heather.B.4264, thanks for your question!
I checked with a few of my colleagues about this one and we haven't seen this functionality within the Survey tool itself at the organization level.
Was your colleague perhaps accessing a customized report or even a report within Analytics Builder where this information was compiled and able to be sorted by class?
I'll continue to see what else I can find for you.

Hi Stephen!
Thanks so much for the reply. I really appreciate the help.
The workflow my colleague described involved accessing the tool from the main homepage via Admin Tools, then searching across courses and viewing survey results without needing to enter individual courses, which is why we initially thought it was the Surveys tool. My colleague isn’t able to recall the name of the tool she was using, and I’m not familiar with that method either. Any ideas on what it might have been would be really helpful.

Hi Heather,
Unfortunately I can't quite figure out what your colleague may have been using since my fellow Learning Administration Managers and I aren't aware of the Survey tool functioning like this outside of a customized solution. Was it possible a survey was created in the main organization and shared to other Course Offerings?
As an alternative option, the best native solution, already in Brightspace, would be the Survey Results Advanced Data Set which you could run against a specific Course Offering using the Org Unit ID.
Sorry that I can't help narrow this down further for you!
