Kaltura Brightspace Video Extension not working consistently
We have the Kultura video extension in Brightspace, and if I go to my media, I can access all my Kultura videos. I can add new videos from there (media upload) or use the personal capture, which will open the software on my desktop. Everything I record there will be uploaded automatically to Kultura, which will populate my media extension in Brightspace. It works fine when used with my admin account. However, if I log out and then log in with my faculty account, I get an "Unavailable link" message. But if, while still logged in with my faculty account, I then access the Brightspace media library (the Brightspace video library), this automatically changes my Brightspace instance (I teach courses in Spanish so my instances loads in Spanish, when I go to media library it then changes my Brightspace instance to the English one), and if I go back to Kaltura's my media extension, I will then have access to my Kaltura videos from my faculty account. So I do not know why it is doing this. I already requested support from Kultura. They said it looks like a Brightspace setup. The problem is, I discovered this while trying to find solutions to some of our students who experience similar issues with this extension.
Can someone help me figure this out?
