Why do Intelligent Agent criteria not copy over in course copies?

    Intelligent Agent criteria should copy over from one org unit to another, but you may be seeing some irregularities depending on what you're copying over.

    If you're copying all components, both the agents and their related criteria + release conditions should be copying into your destination course.

    If you're copying select components, ensure that you are also selecting release conditions to be imported, as well as any related tool items. For example, if you have a criteria that's related to a grade item, you'll want to also bring over the grade items upon copy.
