Activity shows completed but never visited

Why would the following be happening. The module shows as being completed, the SCORM has the checkmark beside it as well, but then it shows as the SCORM was never visited. The release conditions on this course are for all the SCORMS to be visited, so it's not releasing for this learner. I've noticed this a few other times as well in other courses.

    Hi Jessica,

    Yes, I was able to replicate the behaviour if I impersonated the learner. If you login as the learner and complete the activity the completion etc is captured as expected.

    Best to open a case with the D2L Support team to investigate the issue. They will can provide clarificaion on the expected behaviour, or identify if there is some other underlying issue.
