How do I change a Final Grade?

I have a student who turned in her Final Project for my class days after the Final Grades were turned in. She told me she would be kicked out of South University if she failed my class so I allowed her to send me her Final Project. Where can I find a Change of Grade form to change her grade from a NCF to a passing grade?

    I would suggest that you reach out to the Registrars office at the university for this form. Your department chairperson may also have this form easily accessible.
