Anyone ever have Modules Reverting into Hidden Mode?
Good Afternoon,
I've had a few instances now where instructors are seeing modules re-hiding themselves. Has anyone come across this or know what the issue may be? (Maybe slow connection and not loading? too many windows open and confusing the system?)
Details I've received:
"it automatically reverts the modules into "hidden" mode. For instance, when I click into Disability session module, which somehow is hidden again from a few weeks ago, first I unhide it, then adjust some stuff. When I then click out of the session and return, it is hidden again!! This problem seems to be affecting all 4 of the December sessions"
"I was giving Bob a heads up about what we were experiencing and he mentioned he over heard a conversation for another course. They too might also be experiencing the same thing. I believe he mentioned Dr. XYZ would reach out to you but I wanted to give you a heads up as well. I also wanted to mention the Pain session in August intersession was also hiding it self but I haven’t checked recently if it did it again."
Any advice appreciated! I haven't been able to reproduce it.

Hi Jamie,
This is quite odd! I think your suspicion about multiple tabs could be the culprit here for sure. I would strongly recommend you create a ticket through your ASC portal for support to fully assess what is happening.
