The Product Idea Exchange link seems to not working as well as when I tired to make an account/login to d2l BrightIdea is does not work.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Brightspace Community.

    PIE access problems can be resolved through the following options:

    1. Ensure that your Community Profile identifies you as a Customer User through the selection of an organization from the drop down list. Please note, typing the name of your school or organization into the field will not connect you with client-only resources like PIE and D2L Academy. These steps show you how to update your profile to connect you: Community FAQ's❓ - Brightspace
    2. PIE can't be accessed directly. You must login to the D2L Brightspace Community first. Please follow these steps:
      • Login to the Brightspace Community.
      • Select Product Idea Exchange from the navbar or from the quick link menu found on the Community Homepage.
