What conditions are needed to view Lumi Insights?

Understand that Lumi Insights can be viewed based on the following conditions:

• Study Support is enabled for the quiz.
• Check that learner activity exists for the quiz.

Must the config variable d2l.Tools.Content.LessonsRenderActivitiesInline also be turned on in order to view Lumi Insights?

You are correct that this feature has a dependency to the New Content Experience (NCE), and more specifically courses running NCE with New Display Pages for Assessable Activities.
