Generating a course with a Syllabus file to d2l lumi

I’m exploring the AI features in D2L Lumi and I’m wondering if it can generate a full course syllabus. I know Lumi can generate content units, summaries, and practice questions, but I’m not sure if there’s a feature that creates a complete syllabus (course overview, outcomes, grading policy, weekly topics, etc.). Does Lumi support full syllabus generation? Thank you.

    Hi Eunice,

    Lumi in Brightspace offers AI support for administering content creation, but it doesn’t currently support end‑to‑end syllabus generation natively, unfortunately.

    That being said, I wonder what the AI does if you choose to "generate unit from file" and choose a previous syllabus as a document. I haven't tried this, but maybe it works.
