I have been able to copy my Formula Grade Items successfully with course copy, but this semester it didn't come over.
Doing a select course copy to an empty course works, but the active course does not work.
Why? and how do I fix?

Thank you for the question. Please note that for a Formula Grade Item to be copied successfully, the entire gradebook must be included in the course copy. If you did copy the full gradebook and still encountered this issue, it could be due to differences in grade settings between the source and destination courses. If that’s also not the case, we may need to investigate further to identify the root cause. Would it be possible for you to raise a support case so we can investigate the specific issue in more detail? Your first step is to connect with your school or organization’s Help Desk to create a support request.
