Can I change the colour of a specific department?

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the Nav bar colour in a specific department without affecting the other departments or org units so all org units in that department would show a different nav bar colour.

I'm hoping to be able to make an easily recognizable change to all the org units in the new department.
