In Brightspace, I changed back to Classic View but could not see or acess the Done button.

Thank you for your question in our Community. I'd like to confirm with you whether your switch to Classic View was successful? Or were you attempting to confirm the switch via a "Done" button?

Note that the switch applies automatically (for both instructors and learners), as such I am unsure of which "Done" button you are referring to. Please let me know if the above recommendation was helpful and feel free to follow-up with any further questions or clarifications you may have.
