I set up a calculated grade item (average of individual grade items). I see it in grades area but when I attempted to use it as criteria for an intelligence agent, it is not listed.
I created a grade item, which is the total of a group of individual grades. Is it possible to use that total as criteria for an intelligence agent?
Hello @amy.h.1223 My name is Mohit, and I am a member of the product Support Team. Please know that this is currenlty an expected behavior. Calculated grade items cannot be used as criteria for Intelligent Agents as they are derived values based on other grades and are not stored as standalone numeric data in the way Intelligent Agents require.
