contextual menu in list of users does not contain any options

as the admin, I've lost the options in the contextual menu for each user, such as "Impersonate," list appers as blank

There was a patch applied yesterday to production, is perhaps an unintended consequence? should I open a support ticket for my instance?

Hi @Reid.K.585 I would check to see if these have been removed from the role in the role and permissions area as this is not something that has happened to ouir instance after the patch.

I would check this and then maybe let support know as they may be able to re-apply the permission en-masse to help you revert back to what they should be
