Course Info Endpoint for Student Role

Right now all our instructors can access a URL like https://online.eiu.edu/d2l/api/lp/1.9/courses/264585
But if a student tries to access it, they get forbidden. How can we enable this for students?

It looks like we need to turn this on: https://docs.valence.desire2learn.com/res/course.html ?

I confirmed that a support case was created by your team to look into this. Case# 02207374.

Our support team provided information via the case to confirm that the missing permission is 'See Course Info' under the Course Management Console tool.
