My two courses are inactive

I only have a sandbox to work with for USC. I am new and would really like to get started. My courses start at the end of this month and I am working full time and need to get underway. Dr. Bonnie Nixon at USC Marshall School for Supply Chain Sustainability.

The Get Started resource is a great space to start exploring our documentation and visit specific high traffic workflows to get you ready for a great semester start. We also have tutorial videos in a curated playlist for Higher Education instructors on our Brightspace Tutorials channel.

Additionally, for your Brightspace specific instance and customizations, I would recommend connecting with your schools IT Help Desk for additional support.
