Hello,

I have a faculty member who is listed as an Instructor in a course, but she is unable to see the comment bubble once quizzes have been submitted. Is there something she or I need to enable for her to have this view of the comment bubble with the red dot above it?

    Hello @alaina.s.2924 ,

    I have reviewed your shared screenshot, and it looks like a discussion post submitted notifications. Typically red dot over this post indicates that it is an unread notification for the instructor or any user. For the quizzes, this red dot indicates that quiz attempt is in progress, If there is a in-progress attempt, red dot will appear above the quiz attempt for the instructor. Please refer to the below snippet:

    If your faculty member is still unable to find this within in-progress quiz attempts, then please create a support case using the ASC portal with sample user and course details. We will be happy to assist you.
