When I'm on the Enroll Users - Sections page, if I click on the Advanced Search Options link, it takes me to www.d2l.com. I'm assuming this is a bug, but I'm curious if anyone else is encountering it?

Thank you for your question. This is an old tool that is displayed when the config variable, d2l.Tools.Groups.DisplayAdvancedSearch, is enabled.
The 'Advanced Search Options' does not link to any internal D2L tool. It’s intended for the client to be able to route to some external resource in their control. I believe your Org Unit does not have such a link set up, thus it defaults to www.d2l.com. I experienced the same outcome on our internal test site!
