Hello @Marley.v.38, It seems that you have manually entered the name of your organization instead of selecting it from the dropdown list during registration. To access Community resources such as PIE and the Learning Center, members are required to select their organization from the dropdown list on the registration page. You can type in the dropdown field to find and select their organization name. You can also update your profile following the steps outlined in this article – I can’t connect to PIE or Learning Center.
In this case, you can select Han DLP from the dropdown menu, which will automatically populate their Brightspace instance. Once the correct organization name is selected from the Organization Name dropdown, they should gain access to the resources.
