CORS error when viewing media

Hello! My videos are currently not viewable, and I notice that there is a CORS error when trying to play the video. Is this a known issue, and how can it be resolved?

    We noticed that there is already a support ticket for this issue. We recommend you to connect with your ASC for an update on this.

    But of course, if there are any community members with similar experience and resolution, please feel free to share!
