Logs on deactivated & reactivated users

Hi!
For an issue with a user we want to check if a user has been deactivated or reactivated. In the user logs it is possible to see if they were enrolled/unenrolled in a course/dept/org, but additionally we also would like to see if a user was deactivated or reactivated.
Is it possible to see if users were deactivated/reactivated anywhere in logs in Brightspace? And if so, where?
I checked the documentation but on this page Deactivate or reactivate users - Brightspace I couldn't find info on this topic specifically.

The Users dataset includes a field that shows IsActive which can be either True or False.
